Altron Bytes MS is a leading empowerment company in the ICT sector with a B-BBEE level 2 rating. As a value added reseller, our customers can gain significant financial benefits of up to 100% from their IT spend. We contribute financially and non-financially to the upliftment of the educational ICT infrastructure at learning institutions which serve disadvantaged communities. Altron has been a major participant in the creation of 10 media centres at schools countrywide.

Additionally, we induct over 50 learners bi-annually into learnership programmes for which the average post-learnership placement rate of students is 80%. We select previously disadvantaged, unemployed and unskilled individuals for some of our programmes. Their subsequent training in methodologies, processes and technical skills, in the area of ATM remanufacture for example, forms the basis of our proactive learnership programmes.

Through these and other efforts we contribute to the improvement of the lives of previously disadvantaged students and continue to place educational objectives as a priority in our CSI programmes.
