To ensure that we continue to deliver quality deliverables in accordance with our customer requirements, Altron Managed Solutions Professional Services utilises an agile methodology for software development and project management. At the end of each iteration (typically three weeks) the customer is involved in the deliverable evaluation, thus ensuring that the finished solution satisfies the customer’s requirements in their entirety.

Project Management Office (PMO)

The PMO is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the success of both internal and external projects. We employ full-time project managers who, in conjunction with a large pool of skilled resources, are positioned to deliver even the most complex, time constrained projects within agreed time frames and budget. The PMO subscribes to the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology.
